Evening Clinical Manager, LPN/RN

Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations on the assigned unit during the evening shift Supervise and support LPNs, RNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff Ensure resident care is provided according to care plans, physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations Monitor resident changes in condition and ensure proper follow-up and documentation Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed Assist with admissions, readmissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical follow-up Support medication administration, treatments, wound care, and other nursing services as appropriate Mentor, educate, and coach nursing staff to promote quality care and accountability Help maintain compliance with skilled nursing facility standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Prior nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, long‑term care facility, assisted living, memory care, or rehabilitation setting Previous charge nurse, unit manager, clinical manager, or nursing leadership experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision‑making skills Ability to lead staff, prioritize resident needs, and respond to changes in condition Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a resident‑centered approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
