Client is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and highly respected neonatal team. The position features a 92-bed Level IV NICU, strong subspecialty support, and mentorship opportunities for new graduates. Work collaboratively with neonatologists and other Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services. Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting. Participate in multidisciplinary neonatal care planning. Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia. Participate in a collaborative academic environment with resident rotations through the NICU. Contribute to family-centered neonatal care initiatives. Practice in a supportive and mentorship-focused environment. Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical excellence initiatives.
