What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity Level IV NICU with 92 beds
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
• Deliver patient-centered, family-focused neonatal services and participate in care planning
• Support regional neonatal referral services across coastal Georgia
• Engage in academic activities including resident rotations and ongoing education
• Contribute to quality initiatives and maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital standards
• Uphold standards of compassionate neonatal care consistent with Pediatrix and Memorial Health

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with neonatal specialization (or eligible for new graduate support programs)
• CPR, PALS certification (required)
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
