Operations Manager

Encore is seeking a Rigging Manager in Las Vegas to oversee planning, coordination, and safety of rigging operations across Encore-approved venues. You will review rigging designs, coordinate with production, clients, and sales, and determine workforce and equipment needs. Leading a team of riggers, you will ensure SOP compliance, performance assessments, and on-site safety during shows. This role reports to Regional Rigging Services management and requires strong leadership and technical #J-18808-Ljbffr
