Job Description
Real Estate Paralegal -Melville, NY- Our client, a multi-state, full-service law firm representing individuals, companies, nonprofits and public sector entities, seeks a Real Estate Paralegal for their Melville-based Property practice. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years' experience working with lenders, individual and corporate owners, and developers who are involved in the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, educational institutions, research parks and industrial facilities. Working experience and knowledge of commercial real estate and acquisitions is required. This full-time, in-office daily role has a salary range of $70k-$85k (based on experience) and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, STD/LTD, AD&D, 401k with Employer Contribution, and 3-weeks PTO.
