Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric Autism Care

Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
Mentor practicum students and RBTs
Monitor and analyze progress data to inform treatment decisions
Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
Ability to mentor and support staff effectively
Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
Master’s degree (required)
