Clinical SupervisorAn established skilled nursing facility in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing operations and oversee direct resident care. Reporting to nursing administration, this role provides daily clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, working knowledge of long-term care regulations, and prior experience leading nursing staff.Schedule: Full-time, with flexible scheduling required, including occasional weekend or holiday coverage.Compensation: $88,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, license type, and supervisory background.What You'll Do:The Clinical Supervisor oversees daily nursing care delivery, conducting routine rounds to monitor resident status, infection control protocols, medication administration, and staff performance. This includes assisting with resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical assessments, and ensuring individualized care plans and physician orders are followed.The role also provides ongoing mentorship, orientation, training, scheduling oversight, and performance evaluations for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, including corrective action when needed. The Clinical Supervisor maintains compliance with CMS, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements, and participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and survey readiness.The Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with attending physicians, therapy specialists, social services, dietary teams, and administrators, communicating resident status changes to families and providers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring unit staffing levels, supporting clinical incident investigations, and responding to facility emergencies as needed.Required Qualifications:Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts RN or LPN license2 to 3 years of hands-on nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care settingProficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemsWorking knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulationsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with flexibility for weekend or holiday hoursPreferred Qualifications:Previous nursing supervisory, charge nurse, or clinical leadership experienceExperience with Medicare/Medicaid clinical documentation, wound care management, infection prevention, or restorative nursing programsCompensation and Benefits:$88,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and license typeHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off covering vacation, sick time, and holidaysEmployer-sponsored retirement savings planLeadership mentorship and continuing education supportTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
