This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences. They will support medium to high complexity projects that will typically be comprised of the following:Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate progress.Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant.Identify potential risks and issues early.
