If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.BenefitsBonus based on performance, paid time off, employee discounts, opportunity for advancement, training & development.Job PerksComplimentary UV and sunless tanning, earn up to an additional $3.00 - $10.00 an hour based on performance, first raise given after completing training, assistant manager and manager opportunities available, commission, bonuses and contests all available monthly, discounts on professional skincare and tanning products.ResponsibilitiesMaintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employeesMeet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work resultsAchieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expensesMaintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirementsManage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept and customer readyEstablishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationshipsCreates a positive, motivating, team based environmentInvestigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerAnalyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profitsSafe guard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirementsQualificationsMust be 18 years oldThis job requires flexible availability including nights and weekendsHigh school diploma, or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in retail/customer service environment2 years management experienceAbility to effectively influence othersMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportationTrue Will, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
