You’ll be responsible for evaluating students, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and crafting detailed reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience providing PT services in school or pediatric environments
• Understanding of IEP processes, including goal creation and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective report writing
• Collaborative, student-centered approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments for students—as needed and per schedule
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate, clear documentation and write comprehensive progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies in classroom routines
• Offer insights and recommendations for accommodations, assistive devices, or adaptive equipment
