- Reconcile position budget data and review funding worklist items.
- Produce comprehensive reports from various financial and budgeting systems.
- Support the annual and quarterly budget development and confirmation processes.
- Maintain and monitor long-range forecasting tools.
- Analyze financial trends and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Consult with university leadership to address funding issues.
- Lead analysis projects and potentially supervise other analysts.
- Collaborate with central support offices to resolve financial issues.
- Prepare special reports and presentation materials for executive review.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leadership and team collaboration.
- Ability to interact with senior management levels.
- Experience with SAP systems.
