The role of a Leasing Professional requires high energy and an intense desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and prospects. This diverse role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes and build excellent relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Leasing Professional role. Specifically in this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and documenting all interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic guest cards, inspecting models, and communicating service needs to the property manager. Additionally, you will provide quotes, assist with online applications, and disclose upfront leasing fees and approval requirements.
