Customer Success Associate

The Role As a Customer Success Associate, you get new customer sites into the energy market and ready to perform so they start earning. You own the project management of onboarding from signed contract to a live site, which means keeping data collection, registrations, hardware installation, and testing moving across Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations. Our goal is to get sites live in under 100 days.

You are the main point of contact for the customer along the way, and you set expectations early about what participating in the program will actually ask of their site team. Onboarding is where you start, not where you stop. You stay on as part of the account team for as long as the customer is with us, supporting dispatch events, registrations, and seasonal updates. Sales Directors own the commercial relationship and renewals, and this role has no quota. You’ll be assigned to a regional sales team of about four Sales Directors and may support more than one market.
