The team combines customer support, data operations, and customer-facing analytical work to help customers get meaningful insights from compensation data. About the role

This is a blended customer support and customer success role. You will start by learning the business through consumer-side support and data operations, then move toward enterprise customer success over the first few months. As you grow into the role, you will work more directly with customers, understand their questions, and turn compensation data into clear reports and useful insights. What you'll do

Handle consumer-side questions and issues raised through the website chatbot, investigating reports of information or functionality that may be wrong.

Support data operations by cleaning records, checking data quality, validating information, and helping pull reports.

Respond to enterprise customer requests and, as you transition into customer success, join customer calls to clarify what they need.

Handle practical account requests such as checking payment status and reconciling invoices.

Explore compensation data to identify trends and changes over time, investigate what stands out, and create clear reports, charts, and insights for customers.

Work through unfamiliar requests independently, checking the data and the outputs of AI tools rather than relying on the first answer.

What we're looking for

Fluent spoken English and the confidence to communicate directly with U.S.-based customers.

Hands-on, day-to-day experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. You are comfortable iterating with them, reviewing their outputs, and using tools such as MCPs or plugins in practical workflows.

An analytical mindset and comfort thinking in numbers. Previous data experience is useful, but a strong ability to reason through data and questions can also transfer.

The ability to work through ambiguity, take ownership, and move work forward without needing every next step spelled out.

Availability to cover customer needs across U.S. Pacific time zones.

Preferred experience

Experience with compensation data, HR, People Operations, or work as a compensation specialist.

Experience with reporting, data cleaning or validation, customer support, account support, or invoice reconciliation.

What we offer

Full-time job (8 hours per day, Monday-Friday). Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
