Department Overview The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation clinic, located in Roseville, evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses from cerebral palsy to difficulties with motor milestones, muscle control, and coordination. We provide training to children and their parents/caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence. Position Summary Responsible for the evaluation and provision of speech therapy services to children, including the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care and provider orders. Provide patient/family/caregiver, staff, and student training; maintain a safe, clean environment; care for departmental equipment; manage time effectively and promote satisfaction among patients, families, providers, and intradepartmental stakeholders. All duties performed within Children’s MN Standards of Behavior. Education & Credentials Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited speech–language pathology program; Certificate of Clinical Competence or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year; Minnesota Department of Health license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Compensation & Benefits The posted salary represents a market‑competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries for full‑time employment (40 standard hours per week) are displayed; part‑time salaries will be prorated. Compensation takes into account market indicators, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions requiring night, weekend, or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
