Key facts Location: Spain, UK, or Berlin Engagement: Full-time Team: Marketing What you'll do Evaluate the effectiveness of US creative campaigns to pinpoint successful concepts that can be adapted for the UK and DE/FR markets. Partner with the US creative team to ensure that adaptations are culturally relevant and meet local market needs, including necessary changes in language, tone, and cultural references. Generate innovative creative concepts when existing materials fall short of market expectations. Draft comprehensive ad briefs for various advertising formats, ensuring they cater to local preferences while preserving brand consistency. Design and oversee a structured experimentation framework for paid social campaigns, emphasizing hypothesis testing and thorough performance documentation. Analyze data from advertising platforms to extract strategic insights and enhance creative performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive creative output across diverse marketing channels. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns, providing actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to inspire creative thinking and foster collaboration among team members. Maintain a strong understanding of customer personas to ensure that creative strategies resonate with target audiences. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Requirements A Bachelor's degree is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative and marketing roles is required. Demonstrated expertise in Paid Social and/or Direct Response marketing, particularly with Meta platforms. Experience working in various markets, especially within the UK and/or DACH regions, with a solid grasp of audience adaptation strategies. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data effectively and make informed creative decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling briefs. Proven experience in managing creative testing frameworks and analyzing results. Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail). Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Nice to have Familiarity with advertising platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Snapchat. Experience collaborating with user-generated content (UGC) creators. Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC), fashion, or e-commerce industries. Skills & tools Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Looker, and Google Suite. Practical notes This role requires onsite presence four days a week in either London, Madrid, or Berlin. The salary range for this position is between €64,000 and €74,000 EUR, depending on experience and location. Additional bonuses and equity may be available for qualifying positions.
