As we continue expanding, we're looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Manager who can produce at a high level personally while building, developing, and leading a winning sales team.

Position Overview: We are not looking for an average roofing salesperson. We are looking for one of the best. If you know how to sell roofing, close high-value projects, build lasting relationships, and lead other salespeople, this is an opportunity to take your earning potential and leadership career to the next level. This role is designed for an experienced roofing sales professional who still wants to sell while building a team around them. You'll have the opportunity to pursue residential, commercial, and high-value roofing projects, develop your own sales team, and earn additional commission based on your team's production. What You'll Be Doing:

• Sell residential and commercial roofing projects
• Work both company-provided opportunities and self-generated business
• Prospect, build relationships, and develop new revenue opportunities
• Recruit, build, train, and lead a high-performing roofing sales team
• Coach sales representatives on prospecting, presentations, follow-up, and closing
• Pursue larger commercial, multifamily, and high-ticket opportunities
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline while helping your team succeed
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale through project completion
• Represent Ace Pro Roofing professionally with homeowners, property owners, vendors, and community partners

What We're Looking For:

• High integrity and professionalism — non-negotiable
• Proven success in roofing sales
• Previous experience leading, managing, or developing salespeople
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing abilities
• Experience selling high-ticket projects
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and financially driven
• Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
• Basic technology skills, including email, CRM systems, estimates, and spreadsheets
• Comfortable accessing and inspecting roofs when necessary
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
