Rivali Paint Protection - Torrance location is a long-standing Auto Detail, Paint Protection Film, and Tint shop. These services have been performed at this location for over 10 years. Opportunities may arise to afford for the commission to be applied to scheduling for 2 shops in the future.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads, developing outbound referral partnerships, supporting Affiliates, and growing monthly revenue for Rivali Paint Protection Torrance. This role is the primary revenue driver and is accountable to weekly sales targets tracked through Urable.

Responsibilities may include working the POS, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer acquisition and service, as well as the ability to close a deal at first call. 

Responsibilities 

• Inbound lead management
• Outbound and referral development
• Track Pipeline and work a Reactivation list
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a fixed schedule
