This position is exclusively remote, allowing you to provide optimal care from the comfort of your own environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enjoying flexible scheduling that enhances work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques for a virtual setting.

• Apply behavioral techniques within sessions to promote personal growth and enhance coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and current client records in our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Advisor at Couples Learn, Ltd, you will work primarily with adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients toward greater emotional well-being and understanding of their mental health, ultimately contributing to improved outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record software and telehealth technologies is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
