Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate effective treatment.

• Engage in individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, ensuring each session is centered on client progress and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate holistic care strategies that encompass all aspects of client health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
