Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments to develop effective therapeutic strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to groups, families, and individuals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate and execute cohesive treatment plans that promote clients' recovery and personal growth.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on new advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our clients often have limited access to mental health services, making your role crucial in delivering compassionate and effective treatment to those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other related technologies to streamline your workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a solid salary, our benefits package includes:
