Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and work with families and couples to address relational dynamics and promote holistic healing.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current with research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes diverse populations facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and family-related conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.

• Deep understanding of legal and ethical considerations relevant to counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies to streamline documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between $70,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
