Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR), fulfilling ethical and legal standards to ensure the safety and privacy of client information.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care, maximizing positive outcomes for each client.

• Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health by engaging in professional development opportunities, workshops, and continued education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health ethical guidelines and the legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
