Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations of clients to create effective, individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to collaborate on client cases and ensure the highest standard of care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of mental health practices through ongoing education and participation in workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family issues, and relationship challenges. Our practice places great emphasis on understanding each client's background, cultural context, and individual needs, thereby tailoring therapy approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing individual and group counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation practices.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
