This role will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of complex, large‑scale enterprise, and hybrid‑cloud networks with a strong emphasis on Cisco ACI, Cisco SD‑WAN, VMware VeloCloud, and Segment Routing. Candidates with experience in SRv6, Google Cloud /Azure networking, and Nutanix Flow will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities Network Architecture & Strategy: Lead enterprise-wide architecture, roadmap, and design for datacenter, WAN, and cloud networks.Cisco ACI: Architect and manage multi-pod, multi-site ACI fabrics.SD‑WAN: Lead design and optimization of Cisco SD‑WAN and VMware VeloCloud environments.Segment Routing: Architect solutions using SR‑MPLS; provide guidance for SRv6 adoption.Cloud Networking: Support Google and Azure cloud networking (VPCs, VNets, ExpressRoute, Interconnect).Nutanix: Manage AHV networking and Nutanix Flow micro segmentation.Operations: Lead troubleshooting, incident management, compliance, and documentation.Leadership: Mentor team members and lead strategic network initiatives.Perform network device software and hardware upgrades.Ensure adherence to network standards, policies, and best practices.Monitor and report compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).Track and report current network loads and utilization.Prepare thresholds, alerts, and exception reports.Report trending and capacity-related data to support planning and decision-making.Network Performance, Tuning & Capacity ManagementPerform performance tuning of network devices to optimize throughput and reliability.Provide technical guidance and resolve P1/P2 incidents.
