Accounts Payable Specialist

Role: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Greenwood Village, CO (in-office) Pay rate: $28 - $31 / hour, based on experience Benefits: This role is eligible for health, dental, vision and 401K. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support full-cycle AP operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for daily invoice processing, payment execution, and month-end reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization, managing the full lifecycle from receipt through payment Prepare and execute supplier payments including checks and electronic transfers Review, record, and reconcile credit card expenditures Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve AP-related issues promptly Support month‑end AP close and reconciliation activities Assist with audit documentation requests and maintain thorough records in accordance with company policies Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of AP process workflows Perform additional AP duties and provide support to the team as needed Systems: Oracle Fusion Requirements 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable processing required Prior experience with Oracle software and advanced Excel highly preferred Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
