Visual Merchandiser

Introduction Because you bring fashion to life, Primark is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to be the creative ambassador for visual merchandising in your store. We help our customers keep up with high fashion at affordable prices and value caring, dynamic, and collaborative teamwork. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will bring accountability and ownership to inspire our brand and maximize sales. What I will be doing As a Visual Merchandiser you will deliver an inspiring visual proposition that enhances the customer experience and drives commercial success. Your day-to-day will involve: Partnering with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to exceed visual standards and create a great store environment. Reflecting local Primark customers in the latest trends through excellent product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling while adhering to Primark guidelines. Reviewing and adapting displays to ensure commercial success, relevance to the local customer, and refreshment with alternative products when key pieces become unavailable. Championing visual merchandising best practices and principles to influence the customer journey. Using stock and availability information to support customer queries and provide excellent customer service and style advice. Consulting and advising colleagues to support the visual proposition throughout the store. Launching new campaigns across the store, adhering to store guidelines and incorporating input from line managers. Supporting management meetings and colleague huddles, providing regular updates on key visual trends, campaigns, and upcoming visual merchandising activities. Maintaining all pricing tickets, posters, and POS signage in line with company POS guidelines. Who you are We love fashion and delight customers with our visual displays, and that starts with you! Your eye for detail, fashion, trends, and style will shine, along with a passion for the creative aspect of this role. You should bring: Previous retail and visual merchandising experience. Excellent creative skills that deliver an impactful visual proposition that maximizes sales. Great people skills with the ability to build and maintain credible working relationships with colleagues. Proactiveness and the ability to plan work independently and prioritize tasks. Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong service focus with experience delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards. Strong interest in fashion and the latest trends. Team spirit, high motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Salary The pay range for this role is: $21.00-$25.00.
