Merit HR (Merit Resource Group) is partnering with a California nonprofit to hire a Benefits & Leaves Manager. The role oversees benefits for 900+ employees and leads a small team, with focus on self-funded medical plans, compliance and cost optimization. The position is fully remote for California candidates, with quarterly onsite travel to SSF as needed.
