We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing Atlanta-based commercial general contractor and take ownership of projects from preconstruction through final completion.

This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams and who understands how to manage the financial, contractual, scheduling, and operational sides of a commercial construction project.

• Manage project closeout, punch list, warranties, documentation, and turnover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and help create opportunities for repeat business.

Job Details

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Proven ability to manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, drawings, and construction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required with strong experience.
