Director of Rehab / Rehab Director / PT/PTA/OT/OTA Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/OT/COTA) to join our Lumberton NC Continuing Care Retirement Community. Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential Full-Time- Monday-Friday Schedule Prior Management experience preferred $3000 Sign-On Bonus! As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a continuing care retirement community. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications: Current state licensure Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate or associate degree based on discipline) Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
