Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator Lockhart Cadillac, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership, is seeking an organized, process-driven Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator to join our team. This position works closely with Sales and Service Management to coordinate new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and the complete pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to Cadillac's high standards. Requirements * Automotive service administration experience required * Dealership service advisor or internal service advisor experience preferred * Luxury automotive experience preferred, but not required * Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills * Detail-oriented and process-driven * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment Responsibilities * Coordinate all new vehicle PDIs and pre-owned reconditioning * Work with Sales and Service Management to prioritize vehicle flow * Monitor repairs, inspections, and vehicle status * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vehicle completion * Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards Apply Today No phone calls, please.
