Janitor & Groundskeeper

Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept campus facilities and outdoor spaces. This role supports dorms, classrooms, athletic areas, offices, and grounds through routine cleaning and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dorms, classrooms, offices, and athletic facilities
• Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Perform light groundskeeping and outdoor cleanup
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Operate basic cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns

Qualifications:

• No experience or education required (training provided)
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Comfortable with indoor/outdoor work and varied shifts (including weekends/early mornings)

Schedule Options:

Multiple shifts available, including days, evenings, and overnight (weekday and weekend coverage).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowling Green, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $13.72 - $13.72/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
