A. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) and one (1) year of general clerical and/or customer service experience, OR;


B. Possession of an Associate's Degree and three (3) years of general clerical and/or customer service experience, OR;


C. Graduation from high school or a high school equivalency diploma and five (5) years general clerical and/or customer service experience.


Note: Position may require ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; and able to work shift assignments during the day, evening and nights.
