The Subcontractor Project Manager oversees metal and glass construction projects with a focus on commercial builds. Responsible for managing small subcontractor teams, this role ensures quality, budget adherence, and compliance while coordinating project activities efficiently. The manager predominantly uses Procore to track project progress and supports occasional travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule project activities to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor teams of 1-5 members
- Oversee budgeting and control project costs
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Monitor compliance with safety and building regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in construction project management
- Associate degree in Construction Technology
- OSHA SST certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Management and Contract Management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
