Job Overview Mental Health Specialist (MHS) – Evening Shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm). Fuller Hospital, a 109‑bed licensed private psychiatric facility in South Attleboro, Massachusetts, is hiring full‑time and part‑time specialists for this shift. Every other weekend is required. Responsibilities Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and engaging environment. Assist with patient groups and activities. Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment. Assist with patients’ activities of daily living. Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in patients’ behaviors. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred but not required.
