Old Colony YMCA is seeking an Assistant Group Leader at the Stoughton Branch to help supervise youth activities and support a safe, engaging environment for children. You will assist with curriculum implementation, behavior management, and daily program operations. The role requires interaction with parents and staff, adherence to policies, and participation in regular training.
