Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building

• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for agency growth

• Contact prospective customers and follow up with existing leads

• Help develop and execute sales and customer acquisition strategies

• Build relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer conversations, and follow-up activity

• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs

• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Assist with marketing, customer outreach, and business development initiatives

Requirements

Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, customer service, business development, call center sales, telemarketing, marketing, or account management is a plus.
