Warehouse Worker

You will spend most of your shift operating a stand-up forklift to load and unload trucks, move product in and out of freezers for packaging, and support general material handling activities alongside a small warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift for approximately 80% of the shift to safely load and unload trucks.
• Move product in and out of freezer areas to support packaging and shipping activities.
• Perform general material handling tasks, including moving, staging, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
• Assist with packing, picking, and loading orders according to established procedures.
• Support inventory-related activities, such as locating, counting, and verifying product as directed.
• Work collaboratively with 34 other warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse protocols while working around forklifts, freezers, and loading docks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Proficiency in forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks safely.
• Experience with material handling in a warehouse environment.
• Background in packing, inventory support, picking, and loading tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small warehouse team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfort working in and around freezer environments.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks within the warehouse.
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to warehouse procedures.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
