• 100% outpatient practice—primary care internal medicine
• Salary range: $132,500-$178,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
• Sign-on bonus
• Full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
• Paid vacation, CME and sick time including annual CME allowance.
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)
• Paid malpractice
• Public service loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
• Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool
• 2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day—flexible scheduling available—option of ½ day virtual care—no nights and no weekends
• Board certification/board eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine
• Board certification required within 2 years of employment
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide

• Group provides patients a full range of services across 30 different specialties
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 provider/MA ratio plus operations team
