Admissions Representative

Our client, an accredited educational institution located in Eatontown NJ, is seeking an Admissions Representative to help prospective students take the next step toward their educational and career goals.

If you enjoy building relationships, guiding people through important decisions, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Connect with prospective students and families by phone, email, text, virtual meetings, and in person

Answer questions regarding admissions, programs, tuition, and financial aid

Guide applicants through the enrollment process from inquiry to start date

Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed

Follow up consistently to nurture prospective students and increase enrollments

Track activity and performance metrics

Represent the school at events, high schools, and community outreach programs

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Ability to build rapport with diverse populations

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Previous sales, admissions, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

$20-$25/hour, based on experience
