Responsibilities Lead a team of compassionate clinicians who provide patient care; oversee all rehabilitation services in the facility. Serve as a teacher, healer, and helper—supporting and mentoring your clinical team while addressing patients’ needs. Collaborate with others and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. Adapt to the dynamic needs of patients and team, remaining engaged across various settings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology) required; Master’s preferred. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems. Comprehensive knowledge of all state practice acts. Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
