This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced operator with a track record of leading transformational growth, scaling multi-site businesses, and building world-class teams. Position Overview Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will lead day-to-day operations and drive execution of the company’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate is a high-impact operational leader with deep experience across functions such as supply chain, logistics, production, and customer delivery. This role requires significant travel within California (approximately 50%) to support and oversee various business locations.
