This full-time, contract position focuses on delivering speech-language services to pediatric populations across various settings—including onsite and teletherapy. You’ll play a key role in both general school-based caseloads and maternity leave coverages, ensuring continuity of care and positive student outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP or CFY in good standing
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Proficiency in providing therapy via both in-person and teletherapy models
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and progress reporting
• Must be eligible for state licensure

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Support students during maternity leave coverage periods, adapting seamlessly to existing caseloads
• Utilize both direct and virtual platforms to ensure accessible, flexible support
