We're looking for an enthusiastic Director of Resident Services & Life Enrichment to become the face of our vibrant 55+ active adult community. What You'll Do???? Create Extraordinary Resident Experiences

• Design and lead a robust calendar of social, cultural, educational, and wellness activities
• Develop programs that encourage participation, connection, and active living
• Coordinate community celebrations, special events, outings, and resident clubs

❤️ Build Community & Relationships

• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for residents
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere
• Encourage resident involvement and strengthen community connections

???? Support Leasing & Resident Growth

• Enthusiastically welcome prospective residents and their families
• Conduct community tours that showcase our lifestyle and amenities
• Assist with leasing-related paperwork and move-in coordination
• Help prospective residents envision themselves as part of our community

???? Establish Meaningful Partnerships

• Build relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Coordinate vendors, speakers, instructors, and service providers
• Bring new opportunities and resources to residents

???? Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Manage event budgets, calendars, and resident communications
• Track participation, maintain records, and coordinate reservations
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

What Makes You a Great Fit

✅ Experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, property management, customer service, or a related field

✅ Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✅ Comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities

✅ Positive, energetic, and service-oriented mindset

✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

✅ Leasing, sales, or community outreach experience is a plus
