Responsibilities may include:Assisting providers with patient care and clinical proceduresScheduling appointments and coordinating patient follow-up careTaking and documenting patient medical histories and vital signsEducating patients on medications, treatments, and care instructionsAdministering medication injections as directedMaintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipmentReviewing sample medications for expiration datesAccurately documenting information in the medical recordSupporting a team-focused and patient-centered clinic environmentWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to excellent patient care.Qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMedical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferredPrevious experience in a physician office or clinic setting preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired upon hire, not required prior to startingKnowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical skills preferredWhy Join Wilson Medical Center?At Wilson Medical Center, you are more than an employee - you are part of a team that cares deeply about our patients, our community, and one another.
