Business Process Analyst

To support Reimbursement Operations, the remote Business Process Analyst will focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, and business transformation initiatives, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze revenue cycle workflows to identify and reduce manual efforts and process variations Document current and future-state business processes using various mapping techniques Gather and document business requirements for operational and technology initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or healthcare operations Experience in documenting business processes and identifying operational improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related healthcare technology
