Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
\n
• Maintain project tracking tools, campaign calendars, and status reports
\n
• Support webinar logistics and virtual events (ON24)
\n
• Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments
\n
• Track budgets, invoices, and project deliverables
\n
• Pull and analyze campaign performance data and reporting metrics
\n
• Manage requests and workflows within project management platforms such as Wrike and Smartsheet
\n
• Present project updates during team meetings and stakeholder calls
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Project Coordinator experience
\n
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills
\n
• Marketing campaign support experience
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
\n
• Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar)
\n
• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent)
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, Retail Technology, or similar industry experience
\n
• Exposure to Power BI, ON24, Adobe AEM, or marketing analytics platforms
\n
• Experience supporting digital marketing channels, webinars, SEO/SEM, social media, or paid media campaigns
