Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dallas–Fort Worth , you’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers and turn qualified opportunities into successful transactions.

• Meet with buyers and sellers and understand their goals

• Build relationships through consistent follow-up

• Convert qualified opportunities into closed deals

• Provide 5-star client service

• Host open houses and work buyer and seller leads

• Manage appointments and your pipeline using our CRM

• Attend weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is motivated to grow their production, serve clients, and build a successful career.

• Active Texas Real Estate License required
