What You'll Do- Connect with real estate investors and build your client base
- Match clients with exclusive off-market properties
- Guide deals from first conversation to closing
- Continue to grow your income using our proven systems and support from a team with decades of experience
- Licensed or willing to obtain Real Estate License
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
- Backgrounds in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service - or, career changers looking for income growth and advancement
- Licensed agents, or those ready to get licensed
- High performers who want control over their income and career growth, rather than a fixed ceiling or corporate ladder
- Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions
- Independent contractor (1099) structure
- Full time In-office role with a collaborative, high-energy team
- State of the art training with priority focus on new members’ initial success
