Senior Living Real Estate Investment Analyst

Welltower is seeking an Analyst to support investment analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for seniors housing and related real estate assets. You will model returns, assist in deal structuring, and help manage portfolio performance with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 1–2 years in real estate or healthcare investing, strong Excel skills, and a finance/economics background.
